Infinite Recreation (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") to customers (hereinafter
referred to as "you" or "your").
1.2 By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 All prices quoted exclude applicable taxes and are valid for the period stated on the
quote, typically 30 days unless otherwise specified.

 

2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Orders are subject to availability of materials and labor.
2.2 Payment terms will be detailed on the order acknowledgment form.
2.4 Where credit is extended, accounts shall be paid within 30 days from the invoice date.

 

3. Delivery and Installation
3.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen
circumstances.
3.2 The customer is responsible for unloading the equipment upon delivery unless
otherwise arranged.
3.3 Installation must be performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and
applicable safety standards.

4. Warranty and Liability
4.1 All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
4.2 We shall not be liable for defects arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage,
misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
4.3 Our liability for losses is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Returns are subject to our approval and may incur a restocking fee.
5.2 Orders cannot be canceled after processing without incurring a cancellation fee.

6. Non-Disparagement Agreement
6.1 You agree not to make or publish any negative, derogatory, or disparaging statements
about our company, products, or services through any medium, including social media.
6.2 This agreement does not prohibit you from providing truthful information in response to legal
process or governmental inquiry.

7. Chargeback Policy

7.1 Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to resolve any issues or disputes
regarding your purchase.
7.2 If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, you may
be liable for any fees or costs associated with the chargeback process.
7.3 We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and provide evidence of the valid
transaction to the relevant financial institutions.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights for materials on our website and in our products remain
our property.

 

9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
