The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Infinite Recreation, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Infinite Recreation's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Refund Eligibility Window:
Full refunds are available for all merchandise with the exception of final sale items, provided a refund request is submitted within 3 days of placing the order.
After the 3-day period, we do not offer a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to review their order within this time frame to ensure satisfaction.
Conditions for a Refund:
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Condition of the Merchandise: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Exclusions: Certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and goods used for health and personal care. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email our Customer Support at Support@infiniterecreation.com within 3 days of placing your order. Please include your order number and reason for the request.
- Await confirmation from our team. We will guide you through the process of sending your item(s) back to us.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the conditions above are met. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@infiniterecreation.com.
Final Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items marked as "final sale" cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@infiniterecreation.com.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1601 Alhambra Blvd #100 Sacramento, CA 95816. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
