Installation Services:

Infinite Recreation is not a licensed contractor and does not directly provide installation services. However, we understand the importance of a professional playground installation and so we offer a unique solution to assist our customers.

 

Step 1: Estimating and Proposal Generation:

We provide automated estimates that include installation costs for budgeting purposes. These estimates are based on industry standards and our experience but are not guaranteed in terms of final costs. You can generate an unlimited number of quotes then when you are ready to order, please follow the instructions below

 

Step 2: Ordering:

To place your order simply add the playground that you would like to purchase into your shopping cart. Make sure that you only add the playground (s), not the additional items like installation and safety surfacing. Follow the on-screen instructions then submit your order. Your order will then be manually reviewed by one of our customer service agents, then accepted and processed upon final approval.

 

Step 3: Installer Referral Program:

Upon submitting your full order, we will grant you access to at least three pre-screened, experienced installers specializing in commercial playground equipment construction. This approach offers several benefits:

Quality assurance comparable to or exceeding that of distributors using subcontractors

Potential savings of up to 40% compared to traditional distributor-subcontractor arrangements

The current estimated lead time for delivery of all playgrounds is 11-14 weeks. After your playground is delivered, our short-term responsibility will be complete, however we will continue to support you and the installer of your choice throughout the installation process as well as for the life of your new playground. If replacement parts are needed, we will be here for you.

 

Installation Estimate and Money Back Guarantee

  1. If none of our referred installers can fulfill your request for less than our estimated amount, you may cancel your order if it is done so within 10 calendar days from the date of your order placement.
  2. This 10-days serves as a grace period before your order is scheduled for production.
  3. If you wish to expedite your order by waiving this grace period, please inform us, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
